Richard Wilson

General Manager, Corporate & Company Secretary

Richard Willson is an experienced, Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary and CFO with more than 20 years’ experience predominantly within the mining, technology and agricultural sectors for both publicly listed and private companies.

Richard has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Non-Executive Director of Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT), Clara Resources Limited (ASX:C7A), Argonaut Resources NL (ASX:ARE), MedTEC Holdings Limited, and Unity Housing Company Ltd; and Company Secretary of a number of ASX Listed Companies. Richard is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Titomic Limited, Clara Resources Limited, and Unity Housing Company, and is the Chairman of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee of Titomic Limited. He has previously been Chairman, Non-Executive Director, and Company Secretary of numerous ASX listed companies.

Naomi Scott

General Counsel & Company Director (Mozambique)

Naomi has worked on Waratah Minerals’ graphite projects in Mozambique both in-country and more recently in Australia since the Company acquired them in 2013. Naomi studied Law and International Relations in the UK and the US with specialisations in human rights and post-war policy development. After university, Naomi worked with cross-community relations in Northern Ireland leading up to the Good Friday Agreement, brokering support for the outcomes of the peace process. As part of the United Nations her work brought her to regions of deep political crisis and natural disaster where her focus was conflict resolution and post=war reconstruction as well as working to stimulate trade in various countries. After working closely with the World Bank.

Naomi joined the private sector, supporting mining companies to identify risk and ensure compliance to international standards in operations and trade. Prior to joining Waratah Minerals, Naomi was the Chief Executive Officer of Anglo American in Mozambique. As CEO, she was responsible for all remote exploration, legal compliance, risk analysis and business development.

Scott Robson

Exploration Manager, Victoria

Scott Robson has over 30 years experience in the exploration and mining industry. He started his career as a junior geologist exploring for gold in the Western District of Victoria. Scott has gained extensive experience in exploration and project evaluation of epithermal gold, volcanic hosted massive sulphide, and porphyry Cu-Au deposits to be discovered within the Stavely Magmatic Arc. Scott has prepared three technical papers and has worked in over 10 countries holding key management positions.

Scott graduated in Geology at Monash University, Melbourne. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business. Scott is a Chartered Professional member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Paul Bridson

Group Financial Controller

Paul Bridson is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with more than 30 years accounting and finance experience, including more than 25 years in the resources industry.
He was formerly Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASX listed Centaurus Metals Limited and prior to that role fulfilled the same role with Avalon Minerals Limited. Prior to these roles he was Financial Controller for Gindalbie Metals Limited and has also held site-based finance positions with various other WA based mining and mine service companies.

Paul is also currently the Chief Financial Officer for ASX-listed DiscovEx Resources Limited, a position he has held since 2012 and was formerly also Company Secretary for this Company.
Paul is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Governance Institute of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
